Description
Haefely Hipotronics PET 4000 ESD Verification Set 4 GHz includes a calibration target and ESD adapter. ESD generators are calibrated according to the standard IEC/EN 61000-4-2 Ed 2.0. This Calibration Set allows the user to take measurements up to 30kV conforming to the 4GHz requirement in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 Ed. 2 and ISO 10605.
