AWT Global Antenna Test Chamber – Low PIM
Description
AWT Global’s new ATC series low PIM Antenna Test Chambers are especially designed for testing telecommunication antennas from 700 MHz to 6000 MHz. Not only are today’s antennas required to show excellent transmission and S-parameter characteristics, due to modern modulation technologies, these antennas have to show very low passive intermodulation (PIM). Standard anechoic test chambers may provide reasonable shielding, but they are often not suited for low PIM antenna measurements; their residual PIM may be much too high. Besides the very high shielding of more than 90 dB, our ATC series provide lowest residual passive intermodulation. Special chamber material, properly designed pyramidal electromagnetic absorbing material and special manufacturing techniques guarantee best results.
The new low PIM Antenna Chamber is available in different lengths to suit customer specific applications.
