Description
E&I 1000S04 RF Power Amplifier 20 kHz – 400 kHz 1000W is a rugged source of RF power for ultrasonic applications. It is a totally solid-state solution employing Power MOSFETS in a full bridge PWM power stage. Operating at a significantly higher frequency than the fundamental signal.
The 1000S04 produces 1000 Watts of power over a frequency range of 20 to 400 kHz, with a nominal power gain of 60 dB (+/-1dB). Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching or tuning.
