EM TEST VCS 500N12.2 Combination Wave Simulator

Description

EM TEST VCS 500N12.2 combination wave simulator generates surge voltages up to 12kV and surge currents up to 6kA as it is required for component testing (e.g. overvoltage protection for telecommunication devices) as per IEC/EN 610004-5 and IEC/EN 61000-4-9.

To apply the surge pulses to power supply lines either a single phase or a three-phase external coupling/decoupling network can be connected. The coupling modes and the source impedance are automatically set and controlled by the VCS 500N12.2.
