ETS-Lindgren 3164-06 Open Boundary Quad-Ridged Horn 300 MHz – 6 GHz
Description
Numerically modeled, the Model 3164-06's open boundary design is similar to two double-ridged waveguide antennas orthogonally to each other. The antenna’s surprisingly compact size offers improved pattern and gain when compared with enclosed Quad-Ridged horns of similar dimensions.
The Model 3164-06 Open Boundary Quad-Ridged Horn has exceptional bandwidth, with operating frequency band for optimum performance from 300 MHz to 6 GHz. Two orthogonally placed input feeds allow this antenna to generate both linear and circular polarized measurements across the entire frequency band, without manual polarization.
Features
- Linear or Circular Polarization (With Hybrid)
- Compact Design
- Flat Gain For Upper 2/3 of Range
